Thank you! Your Change/Renovation request has been received and your Strata Council will endeavor to have your request reviewed as promptly as possible. We will make an effort for 7-14 days turn around. However, it cannot be expected that this will be immediate or that a submission is in fact a 'go ahead' for construction. Please note that alterations cannot commence without formal Strata Council approval and once your request has been approved, you will need to sign a Waiver of Liability PRIOR to the beginning of any construction.
