Your violation report will be directed to and reviewed by Accent Property Management and the KAS3310 Strata Council in the next scheduled meeting. Once they determine the severity of the issue they will act in accordance with the Bylaw Rules, Provincial Strata Regulations and the Caretakers Code. Once a finding has been decided a course of action will be taken and details recorded. Infractions involving health, safety or damage to Strata property will be dealt with immediately with verbal or written warnings presented by Accent Property Management. All other confirmed Bylaw infractions will be resolved by written warnings, fines and possible legal action. Please provide as much detail as possible including which bylaw you feel has been violated including direct reference to the bylaw wording in the PDF document.
