Use this form to request to be entered into the lottery for the new paddleboard racks on the shore beside the marina entrance. Pls note that due to a fixed number of storage rack slots, the Strata Corporation is allowing one storage rack slot request per strata lot. Pls also note that once the lottery has been performed and all the paddleboard rack slots are assigned and full that your request entry will be added to the waitlist so if anyone signs out of their rack during the calendar year the Strata Corporation will hold the right to re-assign an unused rack at lottery with the current waiting list.
**SHORT TERM RENTERS & LONG TERM TENANTS - pls note that this form is for the exclusive use of owners and their property managers so if you need assistance pls communicate directly with the Owner you are renting from or their Rental Property Manager.
Attach a photo of your paddleboard
1. Only one paddleboard is permitted per slot, and it must be kept the assigned slot. paddles, lifejackets, and other items are not permitted to be stored in the slot or on the rack
2. boards must be registered with the Strata via the strandlakeside.com website (paddleboard rack request)
3. all boards must display a valid occupancy sticker provided by the Strata Corporation
4. all boards must be clean, and kept in good condition, inflatable boards shall be kept at a proper pressure
5. only the approved lock provided by the Strata Corporation shall be used
6. if given notice from Strata council, the owner shall remove the board for maintenance or emergency reasons
7. short term use is valid for one year commencing June 1, 2026
8. if the strata lot owner moves, the permission ends and does not transfer to the new owner
9. no alterations to the paddleboard racks are permitted
10. lock codes shall only be changed after approval from the Strata council
11. boards shall be stored in the orientation as directed by the Strata council

13. If approved at the 2026 Annual General Meeting, a user fee of $50.00 per year shall be paid to the Strata.
