This form is provided by the KAS3310 Strata Corporation in order to update the ENTRAPASS system at the Main Entrances to the buildings with the phone numbers that Owners would like entered for access contact.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Only two phone numbers MAX. can be entered into the Entrapass System per Strata Lot. Therefore, if you have renters/tenants, note that their phone numbers will be entered in lieu of yours. When your renters/tenants vacate you will need to fill out a new Entrapass form to make any further changes.
