KAS3310 STRATA COUNCIL
This is your opportunity to participate in monthly strata council meetings and collaborate with your fellow owners and property management. Email your bio to Accent Property Management to ensure your bio is shared with fellow owners for election at the next AGM.
SPA CHEMICAL BALANCING
We have a team of volunteer owners at the Strand that monitor, record and balance the spa chemicals when the maintenance staff is on holidays or days off. If this interests you pls email Accent Property Management to express your interest to be added to the list for next chemical certification course.
BEACH CLEAN UP CREW
This is an event that occurs twice a year once in late spring to get our beach ready for summer and another one mid summer to keep everything looking great. Tasks involve raking beach, picking up trash, raking weeds in shallows, hauling away fallen branches, picking up beach toys, washing down beach chairs. THE GREEN THUMBS CREW
Even though we have a landscaping crew that is here every Thursday working away during the summer... there is no shortage of weeding works to do in the abundance of gardens on the grounds and we welcome any and all who have some time to spare and don't mind getting their hands dirty. BOTTLE AND CAN RECYCLING
Fellow resident Tom has donated his time and efforts to crushing cans and bagging up our can and bottle recycling over the past two years and all the donations have gone to fundraising efforts for a new playground at Okanagan Landing School. Tom has retired his can crusher and we would love some help with these efforts so we can keep a good thing going and keep giving back to our community.
