This form is strictly for Owners. For liability and insurance reasons the below form must be completed in full and submitted prior to your vessel being moored in The Strand Lakeside Marina.  Failure to do so will result in fines and towing of the vessel at the cost of the Exclusive Use Owner.

Slips  1-12 = Max. 26' not inc. swim deck

Slips 13-25 = Max. 26' not inc. swim deck

Slips 26-38 = Max. 25' not inc. swim deck

Slips 39-51 = Max. 24' not inc. swim deck

Moorage Tie Up Requirements

Tie-Up Requirements:

  • To avoid violation fines and or towing from the marina ensure that your vessel is properly tied up with snubbers and/or spring lines as per illustration below.

Required Type of Lines:

  • Power Braided Nylon Lines

Required Size of Lines:

  • Boats up to 20 feet = Min. 3/8" diameter line

  • Boats 20 to 26 feet = Min. 1/2" diameter line

Required Fender Sizes:

Mooring Snubbers:

  • Snubbers are required to absorb line tension that is caused by wind, waves, and the constant movement and tugging on lines. Snubber lines help prevent lines from breaking.
