In order to keep our property amenities in safe working order and enjoyable for all Owners we ask everyone to abide by the following Strand Lakeside Bylaws.

*Only users over the age of 18 are allowed to use the pool/hot tub
between 10:00 PM and 11:59 PM daily
SPA INFO
The pool and hot tub amenities are only for the use of owners, tenants as well as their family members and accompanied guests, subject to the following conditions:
-
owners, residents and tenants are responsible for actions and conduct of their family and guests, including compliance with relevant bylaws, and;
-
guests and invitees must be accompanied by an owner, tenant or resident while in pool area;
-
no private pool parties and at no time more than 9 owners, tenants, residents, guests and/or invitees from a single strata lot be in the pool area;
-
pool use is limited to a maximum of 40 people;
-
entry into and/or use of the pool area in a state of impairment due to drugs or alcohol is prohibited, and
-
glass and ceramic containers are not allowed in the pool area. Food and beverages must not be brought within 1 m of the swimming pool.
TOYS & FLOATATION DEVICES
Only toys and floatation devices designed for pool use are permitted within the swimming pool subject to the following restrictions:
-
no large air mattresses or inflated toys with the exception of water wings
PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
The following activities are prohibited in the pool area:
-
running, jumping, pushing, diving and rough play;
-
use of profanity and offensive language;
-
any activity which disturbs other users;
-
salacious or lewd physical contact or sexual activity;
-
personal grooming of any kind including shaving, use of shampoo or soaps;
RESIDENTS & GUESTS USING SPA MUST
-
wear appropriate swim wear and use footwear when entering and leaving pool area;
-
shower before entering the pool or hot tub;
-
not discharge bodily fluids or waste within the pool or hot tub, and;
-
not enter the pool/hot tub if they have skin lesions, eye, ear and nose discharges or a communicable disease
AGE RESTRICTIONS
-
infants and toddlers must wear an appropriate swim diaper in swimming pool and hot tub;
-
12-18 years old residents are limited to a max of 2 guests when not accompanied by and adult;
-
children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, and:
-
only users over the age of 18 are allowed to use the pool/hot tub between 10 pm and 11:59 pm daily.
ANIMALS
No animals are permitted in or around the pool area
